ALPA president Capt. Lee Moak was profiled today in two articles for The Street, an investment and finance news publication. These stories highlight Moak’s efforts to promote the pilot partisan agenda in DC and support U.S. airline jobs through the advancement of ALPA’s Leveling the Playing Field policy proposals.
“We have a pilot partisan agenda, and we are willing to build a coalition with anyone who will work with us on our issues,” said Moak in the latter story. “We do our best work when we bring our own executive team, government, industry, and labor together—that is how you get things done in Washington.”
Captain Moak discusses ALPA’s role and successes in Washington on issues of regulation, Ex-Im Bank Reforms, halting the EU-ETS and stopping the Administration’s proposed pre-clearance site at Abu Dhabi.
